First I met her at Union Square Park and she got some ingredients from Farmer's market and Whole Foods.
Then we moved to kitchen and started to cook.
Actually I only did cut the vegetables but still it was fun experience.
And it was honor to work for wonderful chef Tama-san.
Also it was fun to see inside of American company.
They had all breakfast, lunch and snack from company and quality are all great!! All organic of course and lunch is made by Tama-san!! Then when I finished helping they had dance lesson just for one song. So I attended... lol One of employee taught coworker's dancing. It must be nice refreshing for them.
I really liked their atmosphere and I thought Japanese company should think about how to care employee more like this company!! :)
This corn beef was made by Tama-san!! She made corn beef the day before.
It was first time to try homemade corn beef!! It was amazing!!
This green spicy sauce was so good!!!
Daikon radish and tomato combination was good too!!
This is avocado squash!! I liked it!!
Look, what a rich lunch dish!!!
