American Size

Everyone knows there are American size in many things.... like American size drink, meal, clothes.... and so on.... But I was surprised about this size of gap between Japanese and American....

These left and middle tooth blushes are the smallest one that I could find here in US. And right one is from Japan. Most of them are much bigger. No, it's not big.. GIANT!!! 

When I arrived here I was using kid's blush and it was for 5 years old kids.... because I couldn't use this big blush for my mouth. And when I went back to Japan, my dentist told me to bring Japanese blushes. So I brought tons of Japanese blushes!! lol I know Japanese people is smaller than American but 

Is mouth size that different???? 

My stomach became American size but... my teeth size won't be changed!!!!

よくいろいろなものがこちらではアメリカンサイズだといいますが…たとえば、飲み物や食事、服などですが、私がこちらへ来て一番驚いたのは！！！そうです、歯ブラシです。

上の写真の左と真ん中に移っているのがこちらで買ったものですが、これでも私が見つけられた一番小さなサイズです。ほかのものはもっと、もっと大きいんです。いえ、大きいというより巨大です。そして、右のものが日本から持参した歯ブラシです…。

こちらに来たばかりの頃は子供用の歯ブラシを使っていたのですが、対象年齢は５歳でした…。とてもじゃないけれど、大人用では磨けなくて…。そして一時帰国の際には、歯医者さんに日本から歯ブラシを持って行くように言われましたので、山ほど持参いたしました。

日本人はアメリカ人に比べて小さいと言いますが、口のサイズまでここまで違うものでしょうか？？？

私の胃はアメリカンサイズになったようですが、さすがの私も歯の大きさまでは変わりませんね…。
