It's "Red Velvet Cake"!!
Why....
Because I've never seen such a red food in Japan... or any country? Have you?
And now I can find Red Velvet Cake every where and many kinds of shape and frosting.
Wow what a culture!! And now I know how to make it...
It was good surprise that it's a kind of chocolate cake.
Also I like that paring of Red Velvet and Cream cheese frosting.
Still I prefer just chocolate cake though....
私がアメリカのお菓子で最も驚いたことと言えば…"レッドベルベットケーキ"
ご存知ですか？
それは…日本では…というか、他の国でも？見たことの無い真っ赤な食べ物。
そして今ではどこへ行ってもレッドベルベットケーキを見つけることができ、それぞれいろんな形やフロスティングが！！
なんという文化でしょうか？！しかし今では作り方もわかり、一種のチョコレートケーキということが判明。
クリームチーズフロスティングとの相性はなかなかのものですが、しかし未だに普通のチョコレートケーキの方が好きだな〜。
