Actually I'm using Facebook a lot. Many friends of mine knows that already though....:)
In Japan "Mixi" is much popular than Facebook I think. They have similar system to Facebook but there is difference of footstep. When you see someone's page, you will leave your footsteps in their pages. And also we can see more information of each person than Facebook... I believe that these days they have more security system... I'm not sure about Mixi yet....

But here, in NY, I was so surprised that everyone is using Facebook and many people is checking with cell phone too!! When I saw many adults are checking facebook in subway, I thought "No way!!" That was 8 months ago but now... I'm doing the same thing... lol
Maybe in Japan many people is watching TV with cell phone and playing game with Nintendo DS in the train not only kids buy also adults.. These are similar things? Probably... :)
How to use those kinds of social networking is depend on the person but I hope I can use it wisely and not to rely on them.... And I hope everyone can use them for only for happy things!!
I can't say loudly but... I'm enjoying it a lot....lol

実を言うと、私はかなりのヘビーユーザーですが…。
日本ではMixiの方が人気なようですが、似たようなものですよね…足跡が無いけれど…。
それからMixiの方が他の人が見られる情報が多いかな？今はセキュリティーがもっとしっかりとしていると思いますが…実はあまりよくわかっていないかも。
そして、こちらに来て驚いたことと言えば、あまりにたくさんの人がFacebookを使っていて、携帯電話でまでチェックしてるんです。地下鉄の中で大の大人がみんなしてFacebookをチェックしている姿を見たときは「あり得ない〜！！」って思いましたが、今では私もやってしまっています…。
けれど、日本の電車の中で携帯でテレビを見たりDSでゲームしたりしているのと同じようなことかしら？
これらのネットワークシステムは使い方は人それぞれ。なので楽しくもあり、恐ろしくもありますよね。なので賢く使っていきたいな〜と思います。そして、みんなが良いことのためだけに使えたら一番ですよね。
とかなんとか言いつつ、大きな声では言えませんが、かなり楽しんでいる私であります…。
