The V-Spot in Park Slope Brooklyn

The other day I went to vegan restaurant The V-Spot in Park Slope in Brooklyn.
http://www.spreadvegan.com/

It's in my neighborhood and I always wanted to go there but I hadn't had chance to go there.
But this time, I got living social coupon so finally I went there with Stefanie.
I went to Natural Gourmet Institute which has many vegan programs.
But after I graduated I hadn't had that much "vegan" vegan food.
So this time I tried "Chicken cutlet" to get really vegan product... lol
It means I had vegan chicken made with soy... it was similar to seitan I think.
Seitan is imitation meat made with wheat gluten. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheat_gluten_(food)
I didn't like seitan but this cutlet was really crispy and actually I liked it:)
The place was good size and I really liked there.
It's just 10 min walk from my home so I think I will go back there sometimes again:)

This was butternut squash soup. This was free because of lunch special.

These are not beer but Apple ginger lemon juice and green juice which has many green vegetables in it.

Empanada

"Chicken cutlet with spinach and mashed potato

Summer rolls

I liked this wall... Here in NY we can see these both of opposite views.

lol
