Ramen noodle in NY

Last week I really wanted to eat Ramen noodle for some reason...
But I have never tried Ramen place in NY so I asked my friends where is good to go.
Because in NY there are too many Ramen places to choose and most of them are very pricy.
Then I chose Totto Ramen this time as my friend suggested....
http://www.tottoramen.com/
But it was so funny because when I went there there was already long line. And customers were 30% Japanese, 40% Asian but non Japanese and others were non Asian....
And when I was on the line I was listening to others conversation, (I'm sorry but it was not on purpose... ) non Japanese Asians know a lot about Japanese restaurants much much more than me.... It was really interesting.
And Ramen was really good actually. The soup was very thick and strong but it made me feel more I was in Japan:)

But the funny thing is some people asked them to take home Ramen noodle or deliver Ramen noodle.
I thought they are so New Yorker... Because they order delivery everything!! And here, it's possible!!
But for Ramen noodle, the flavor and texture can be changed easily so they couldn't and when I heard they didn't delivery or to go, I liked that shop more:) lol
It's good to do what customer needs but there is good thing to do and bad thing to do.
So sometimes we can not be like "When in Rome, do as the Romans do."
