Bien Cuit in Brooklyn

Today after work I found new bakery on Smith street.
Bien Cuit
http://web.biencuit.com/
They've just opened shop here this week.
It looked like French bakery but they said chef is American but he leaned French bread.
Actually I liked this shop and I tried Pain au chocolat and it was sooooo good!!!!!!!
I haven't had this kind of bread since I came to NY but this crispy buttery croissant reminded me bakeries in Kobe and croissants of Chef Bruno... ummm I miss them!!!
And this became my best croissant in NY at this moment!!!
The price was a bit too expensive to go there every day but for once in a while, it's good to have good quality bread!!! :)
Next time I will try baguette and Croissant aux amandes!!!!
(If I remember right, prices were : Pain au chocolat $3.00, Croissant aux amandes $4.25, Baguette $4.00)
Ummm, still a bit too expensive...:(

Anyway, it's close to One Girl Cookies so first I thought it might be not ok to have bakery in neighborhood  but they were completely different bakery so it should be fine!!! haha
