Pork Fat Edamame??

I went to SPITZER'S the other day.

They had interesting menus... especially "Kobe Burger" and "Pork Fat Edamame".....
I've never seen this edamame in Japan. It was fried edamame... anyone?
The taste was OK but I prefer just quick boiled edamame.... yum:)
But the best plate in this restaurant was!!!! "Beef cheek with horseradish sauce sandwiches"!!
That was amazing:)

先日、SPITZER'sというレストランに行ってきました。
メニューにはなかなか面白そうなものが並んでいたのですが、中でも、Kobe BurgerとPork Fat Edamameは、ついつい目がいってしまいました。
枝豆を試したのですが、油で揚げてある枝豆でした。
味はまあまあでしたが、やはりさっと茹でた枝豆がいいな〜。
しかし、牛ほほ肉のサンドイッチ（ホースラディッシュソース）は絶品でした。
