My friend had bought this course but she couldn't go so I got this chance!!
It was Viennese Waltz and American Tango...
I've never heard about "American" Tango but instructor told us that there are three kinds of tangos (Argentine, International and American). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tango_(dance)
In Japan I didn't have chance to dance but here....everyone loves to dance.
When there is music, many people start dancing naturally even babies!!
And always when I see them I wanted to join them but I couldn't.... I really don't know how to dance....:(
So I hope I can learn something from this dance lesson!!
Oh, and instructor could speak a little bit Japanese.... "Domo, Yoroshiku and Arigato".... lol
行って来ました、人生初のダンスレッスン！！
友達が買っていたレッスンだったのですが、彼女が行けなくなったので、急遽変わりに行くことに。。。
Viennese WaltzとAmerican Tangoのクラスだったのですが、私はAmericanタンゴって何？というような状態。。。タンゴにはArgentineとInternationalとAmericanがあるそうです。
日本では踊る機会なんて全くありませんでしたが、こちらでは、音楽が聞こえれば踊りだす人が…なぜみんな踊れるんだろうと思っていましたが、よちよち歩きの赤ちゃんまで踊っていたため…これはDNAかしら…という結論に。。
そんな光景を見るたびに私も踊れたらなあとおもっていたので、このレッスンがよい機会になればいいな〜と密かに願っています。
そういえば、インストラクターが私の名前を聞いたとたんに、”よろしく〜”、レッスンの途中では”どうも〜”、レッスン後には”ありがと〜”。。。日本人の生徒が多いのかしら？？？
