3 years ago I went there just for fun but at that time I wasn't even in pastry industry.
And now I went there not as an audience but to work there which was so exciting!!
It was really busy day but it was really fun to work with Eclat members!!

昨日、ニューヨークのチョコレートショー、サロンデュショコラに手伝いのために行ってきました。３年前に一度行ったのですが、当時はまさか自分がパティシエとして働くとも思っていなかったため、今回スタッフとして同じ場所に訪れるのは、とても感慨深いものでした。一日はとっても忙しくあっという間にすぎてしまいましたが、エクラのみんなと一緒に働けて楽しかったです！！
